Fantastic Spituk to Chilling trek
Client Name: Matthijs & Adam Roccomends April 2103, The

It was extremely easy to plan this trip with Javeed, who was
helpful and quick to respond. A good start to be followed up
with an even more impressive trek. Our guide Pemba was just
great. What an amazing man. Kind, helpful, proficient with
English and a lot of knowledge of nature and the local culture.
It was humbling to (try to) follow his pace up the mountains.
Tenzing the cook did a great job rehydrating and reenergising us
every morning (French Toast and Pancakes!), noon and evening. He
also did a good job laughing at our jokes together with Tashi
the courageous ponyman, the fearless freight carrier of the
highlands. But this crew's greatest accomplishment was making
three oxygen deprived, gasping, sweating, stumbling, freezing
low landers feel like they were superstar mountaineers on an
Everest expedition.
The trek was amazing. We did it in April which I can recommend
because you are the only one on the mountains next to a handful
of local farmers and the wildlife. We saw Bharal, Gray Wolves
hunting a Yak!, Golden Eagle, Chukar Partridges and YES, a Snow
leopard..................footprint.
If you go in April, bring lots of thermo wear and a high grade
sleeping bag. During the day you will be fine, but at night on
the higher camps temperatures drop far below zero.
We had a great time, thank you Javeed and the Dreamland crew.
Dreamland was just beyond expectation!

Last summer I went with two families (4 adults, 4 children) to
Ladakh in India and did a trekking in the Markha Valley (9
days). The trekking organisation we took was Dreamland Trek &
Tour in Leh. This organisation was excellent in every aspect.
The information on the site and through email was clear, quick
and to the point. The organisation of the trekking was 100%.
Good staff, new gear, lovely food, strong and healthy horses,
friendly guides and a ecological approach. They just finished a
garbage cleaning trek in the valley so that everything is
cleaned up.
Good for: Information, tourguides, short and long treks

Trekking in Ladakh in Aug-Sep 2012
Client Name: Natalia, Danuta & Jarek from Poland
We are very pleased we have chosen Dreamland Trek & Tour, which
is very professional company. They prepared for us 8-day trip
through Markha Valley and everything went perfect. They
organized for us a guide, cook and horses. Our guide – Motup was
always helpful, our cook – Pasang, has been preparing amazing
dishes high in the mountains. We are totally impressed. If we
had any problem, Javeed, the owner, has prepared anything we
needed. They are a good company because they don’t only take
care of a trekking but if you ask, also everything you need
before and after that. They booked the hotels in Leh and Manali,
also taxis around Ladakh and a jeep for a trip Leh-Manali. When
we come to Ladakh again, undoubtedly we choose Dreamland Trek &
Tour.Danuta, Natalia & Jarek from Poland.
